Returns and Exchanges

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any concerns about your order.  All returns should be reported within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Before returning any items, you must call us at 410-658-5700 for a return goods authorization (RGA) number.  All return items must be shipped pre-paid by the customer.  All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and "Request for Return Authorization Form".  We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any unwanted items returned after 30 days.  No refunds are given for shipping charges.  Items returned for credit must be in the original packaging and in salable condition.

"Final Sale", Clearance and Special Order Items

There are no returns on special order items and no returns on "final sale" or clearance items.
